A storage tank and a pumping system to provide all the water needed for the average families needs. Trenching under the roadway was provided to accommodate electric and phone service to every site. Cable is not available in this area as yet, so Qwest  DSL will be the high speed Internet source and satellite will be needed for television. Hillside lots typically require septic systems until the city provides sewer access.
